The Legal Notice regulates the access and use of the website that SP FÚTBOL makes available to Internet users in order to provide them with information related to SP FÚTBOL, its products, activities and/or services. 

Access and use of the website by the user implies acceptance of the Legal Notice. Consequently, please read the Legal Notice carefully when you intend to use the website as they may be adapted and/or modified at any time. If you do not accept the Legal Notice, please refrain from using the website and its content. 

The user undertakes to make diligent use of the website, as well as of the information related to the products contained therein, in full compliance with the applicable regulations and the Legal Notice.

• Not to insert data or hyperlinks on the website, except for those expressly permitted by SP Fútbol in accordance with the provisions of the ' Links Policy ' section . 

• Not to carry out actions that may disable, overload or affect the proper functioning of the website. 

In the event that the user breaches the Legal Notice or any other terms and conditions of the website, we reserve the right to limit, suspend and/or terminate the user's access to the website, adopting any technical measure necessary for this purpose, at any time and without prior notice. 

SP FÚTBOL makes its best efforts to keep the website in good working order, avoiding errors or, if necessary, repairing them, and keeping the contents duly updated. However, SP FÚTBOL does not guarantee the availability and continuity of access to the website or the non-existence of errors in its contents, nor does it guarantee that the contents will be updated in a timely manner. 

SP FÚTBOL reserves the right to make, at any time, modifications, deletions and/or updates on the information contained in the website, its configuration or presentation.

SP FÚTBOL will not be liable, under any circumstances, in any of the following cases:

The user will be liable for damages of any nature that SP FÚTBOL may suffer as a consequence of the breach of any of the obligations to which it is subject by virtue of the Legal Notice or the applicable legislation in relation to the use of the website. 

Social networks 

SP FÚTBOL has profiles in some social networks, with the purpose of informing about its products and activities. 

Users who join any of the profiles opened by SP FÚTBOL on social networks must respect and comply with the terms and conditions of the social network in question. 

SP FÚTBOL may carry out the following actions: 

• Access to the public information of the user profile. 

• Send individual messages through the social network channels when allowed. 
• Update the profile status to be displayed in the user's profile. 

SP FÚTBOL reserves the right to carry out contests, promotions and/or sweepstakes through its social media accounts.  

Advertising 

SP FÚTBOL may include third party advertising content and/or sponsorships on the website. Advertisers and sponsors will be solely responsible for ensuring that the material submitted for inclusion on the website fully complies with the legislation that, in each case, may be applicable.  

Consequently, SP FÚTBOL will not be held responsible for any error, inaccuracy and/or irregularity that may be included in the advertising content or that of the sponsors, nor for non-compliance with current regulations. 

Linking Policy ("links")  

a) Links to the website 

Third parties intending to include a link on a website ("Linking Site") that directs to the website, or a framing with the same, must necessarily obtain the prior written consent of SP FÚTBOL.  

Under no circumstances does the authorization granted by SP FÚTBOL mean that it endorses, promotes, guarantees and/or recommends the content and/or services of the Linking Site or that it is responsible for the content of the same.  

The Linking Site must comply with current legislation and may not, under any circumstances, host its own or third party content that is illicit and/or harmful (violent, racist, denigrating, etc.) and/or inappropriate or irrelevant in relation to SP FÚTBOL's products and/or services. 

In the event of non-compliance with any of the aforementioned terms, SP FÚTBOL shall immediately revoke the consent granted to the Linking Site, which shall remove the link.  

b) Links to other websites 

The web site may include various links that allow the user to access other web sites ("Linked Sites"). 

Under no circumstances does the existence of Linked Sites imply recommendation, promotion, identification and/or conformity of SP FÚTBOL with the statements, contents and/or services provided through the Linked Sites. 

Consequently, SP FÚTBOL is not responsible for the content, conditions of use, privacy policies, and other conditions of the Linked Sites, and the user is solely responsible for checking and accepting them each time he/she accesses and uses them. 

Intellectual and industrial property 

All intellectual property rights, designs, databases, underlying software (including source codes), as well as the different elements that make up the website (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, color combinations, etc.) [the "Contents"], their structure, selection and order, are owned by SP FÚTBOL or, if applicable, by its licensors.  

The distinctive signs included in the website are owned by SP Fútbol or its licensors. Likewise, the domain names in which the website is hosted are owned by SP FÚTBOL.

Consequently, the user must cite and link to the website whenever content is copied from it. Commercial use is not permitted. If you remix, transform or create from the content of the website, it must be disseminated in the same way. 

The unauthorized use of the Contents, as well as the damages caused to the intellectual and industrial property rights of SP FÚTBOL, may give rise to the exercise of the actions that legally correspond to it and to the responsibilities that, if applicable, derive from the same. 

Nullity 

If any of the clauses of the Legal Notice were to be declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective and the same shall remain in force in all other respects, and such provision or the part thereof that is affected shall be deemed not to be in force. 

For such purposes, the Legal Notice shall only cease to be valid only with respect to the invalid or ineffective provision, and no other part or provision thereof shall be void, invalid, impaired or affected by such invalidity or ineffectiveness. 

Applicable law and jurisdiction 

Access to and use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. 

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation and/or application of the Legal Notice, the competent Courts shall be those provided for in the applicable legal regulations.
